ORDER CANCELLATION FEES
Suppose your order is canceled after being placed. In that case, you will be responsible for: Original Shipping costs, Return Shipping costs, 20% Order Cancellation Fee, and any associated fees (e.g., RTS fees). Refunds, partial or otherwise, will only be issued once the returned product has been received and processed, which can take up to five business days.
Cancellation requests must be emailed to contact@blackoutarmsandtraining.com and are only valid upon written confirmation from blackoutarmsandtraining.com or its assignees. Processing requests may take up to five business days.
CREDIT / DEBIT CARD CHARGEBACKS
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that use of this site in any way constitutes a legally binding agreement to follow our Store Policies (Terms and Conditions) without fail. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that all Credit Card Chargebacks (or any other charge to us in any other form) will be actively pursued through Collection and/or Judicial and/or Legal means.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that the following fees will be assessed on All Credit Card Chargebacks (or any other charge to us in any other form):
1. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to pay a Credit, Debit, or any other charge to us in any other form a Chargeback Fee of $50.00 per Filed Chargeback (or the maximum amount allowed by law if less than $50.00) per Filed Chargeback.
2. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to pay an Administrative Fee of $200.00 (or the maximum amount allowed by law if less than $200.00) per Filed Chargeback.
3. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to pay for the Original Chargeback Amount, all applicable fees, all collection recovery costs, all incidental costs (including Travel, Hotel, and Meals), and All Attorney Fees involved in collecting any monies owed to blackoutarmsandtraining.com(Blackout Arms and Training).
4. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to pay any assigned Collection Agent, any and all monies owed to blackoutarmsandtraining.com(Blackout Arms and Training), plus a Collection Fee of 40% of the total owed to blackoutarmsandtraining.com(Blackout Arms and Training).
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that filing a chargeback will result in order cancellation and the Buyer and/or User of this site will be responsible for the Order Cancellation Fee, Chargeback Fee, Administrative Fee, and Collection Fees listed above.
ONLINE PRICE AND/OR DESCRIPTION ERRORS
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that some items ordered will have a low quantity of stock available and that more than one person may order an item. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that if this occurs, we will fulfill the first funded order with all the required information to submit the order for fulfillment. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that if we run out of an item, we will cancel your order and fully refund your purchase amount. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for all charges over the actual shipping costs.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that pictures and/or descriptions may or may not fully represent the product and/or may be unintentionally incorrect. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that we will not accept returns, offer discounts, or refunds due to these inaccuracies.

PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that items displayed on this site are available for online purchase only. Online pricing and stock do not reflect in-store pricing and stock.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that it is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). Firearms purchased online may be shipped to an FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) near you.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that we only provide a generic list of FFL providers at checkout. The FFL providers listed on our site may or may not still be in business, may or may not accept transfers, may or may not accept dropship orders (99% of orders are dropshipped from one of our wholesale partners), and may or may not have other unforeseen issues. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to ensure the selected FFL provider can and will accept their order.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for ensuring the chosen FFL provider is open for business and can and will accept their transfer at the premises address listed on the FFL’s (Federal Firearms Licensee’s) license, and that the address matches the address selected when placing the order.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for providing an alternate FFL provider if their chosen FFL provider cannot or will not accept their transfer at the premises address listed on their FFL license for any reason including, but not limited to, not accepting dropship orders, internal holds with dropship providers or any other restrictions of any kind.

Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges that some of these reasons may include our distributors not shipping to home-based FFLs, internal holds with blackoutarmsandtraining.com (Blackout Arms and Training) or any of our distributors, address disputes, or any other reason determined at blackoutarmsandtraining.com (Blackout Arms and Training) sole discretion. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that most reasons for internal holds or shipping restrictions are confidential information and may not be able to be shared with the Buyer and/or User of this site.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for any shipping, restocking, and/or any other charges associated with their chosen FFL provider failing and/or refusing to accept their firearm(s) and/or any other item(s) purchased on this site.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for any shipping, restocking, and/or any other charges associated with orders failing to be accepted at the attempted delivery time of the carrier.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that firearm orders cannot be shipped without a copy of your selected FFL provider’s license. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that the FFL license number does not satisfy the FFL license copy requirement. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that orders not receiving a matching FFL copy within 5 days will be subject to the Order Cancellation fee.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that we only ship to the Continental United States. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees blackoutarmsandtraining.com (Blackout Arms and Training) does not ship to California (unless the firearm is an approved gun listed on the CA approved gun list), Alaska, Hawaii, or any other place outside of the Continental United States.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that orders placed outside the shipping area will be cancelled and the Order Cancellation Fee will be charged. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that we only ship to the Continental United States, with the limited exception of California.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to ensure that the customer information matches the billing information for the card used to pay for the order. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that orders with non-matching details are subject to the Order Cancellation Fee.

WARRANTY FOR NEW FIREARMS AND PRODUCTS

Product returns or repairs must be arranged directly with the Manufacturer by the Buyer and/or User of this site. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that blackoutarmsandtraining.com (Blackout Arms and Training) and/or its assignees do not provide warranties or repairs for any item, as any warranties and/or repairs, if available, are provided by the Manufacturer of the firearm or product purchased. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to contact the Manufacturer of any product they want to order to verify the warranty availability and requirements before completing a purchase. STATE RESTRICTIONS
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that we will not modify a firearm from its manufactured packing to make it compliant with your state laws, including removing magazines. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that we will not ship firearms to a third party to be modified or changes in any way from the manufactured specifications. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to only order compliant firearms as is from the Manufacturer. Buyer and/or User of this site will be responsible for shipping and all other related charges associated with ordering a firearm or other product that is not compliant in their State as is from the Manufacturer.
INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
Buyer and/or User of his site acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for all representations made when purchasing under the Store Policies (Terms and Conditions) on this site. RESTOCKING FEES
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that if, for any reason, a firearm or other item must be shipped back to one of our wholesale partners or our retail location, the Buyer and/or User of this site will be responsible for paying the return shipping and all other related costs and fees.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that upon our receipt of your new, unopened item, your purchase price minus original shipping, minus return shipping, minus a 20% restocking fee will be refunded to your card or other original payment method. No partial or otherwise refund can or will be issued until the returned product has been received and processed.
Buyer and/or User of this site understands that blackoutarmsandtraining.com (Blackout Arms and Training) does not offer reshipment of items that have been returned.
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that we will not accept return shipments without a Return Authorization Number. Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Items shipped to us without a return authorization number will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
SHIPPING WITHOUT INSURANCE
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that Shipping without Insurance is available and does not cover shipments after being given to the carrier. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be responsible for Damaged, Lost, or Stolen orders when using Shipping without Insurance. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to be accountable to contact the carrier to file any claims when using Shipping without Insurance. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees they are responsible for Extra Shipping Charges due to large or oversized orders not calculated at checkout. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to pay for additional charges associated with Large or Oversized Orders. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that Cancelling Orders due to additional charges for Large or Oversized orders will be charged the Order Cancellation Fee.
SHIPPING WITH INSURANCE
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that Shipping with Insurance is available and covers orders damaged, lost, or stolen while in transit. Damaged claims with Photos Attached must be submitted to contact@blackoutarmsandtraining.comwithin 24 hours of Carrier Confirmed Delivery. Shipping with Insurance coverage ends upon Confirmed Delivery. blackoutarmsandtraining.com (Blackout Arms and Training) and/or its assignees are not responsible for Damage, Loss, or Theft after Carrier Confirmed Delivery. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that the Shipping with Insurance amount paid is not refundable in the case of a claim.
NON-FIREARM SHIPPING
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that blackoutarmsandtraining.com (Blackout Arms and Training) will not ship to P.O. Boxes, orders placed for shipment to P.O. Boxes will be cancelled and subject to the Order Cancellation Fee. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that all non-firearm items ordered must ship to the Billing address. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges that they are responsible for accepting delivery of their items at the address provided. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to provide matching Billing and Shipping addresses for all non-firearm items ordered. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees not to place an order with this site for non-firearm items if the Billing and Shipping addresses do not match. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that orders for non-firearm items placed on this site where the Billing and Shipping addresses do not match will be subject to the applicable Order Cancellation Fee. Unfortunately, this is required to keep our prices as low as possible for all our customers due to the amount of fraud.
PROOF OF DELIVERY
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to provide a safe and secure delivery point for their ordered items to be delivered.
